TOPIC : WALL OF STUDENT FACES

Basically, Wall of Student Faces is 100 short videos in a minute, of Software Engineering students talking about some aspect of their time at Faculty of Computer Science and Information in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai.

Objectives:

- To give students, staff, media or interested visitors a glimpse of what the Software Engineering student is like.

- To produce a Wall of Student Faces that contains all of the characteristics of good web application.

INTERVIEW/SURVEY ANALYSIS

The research was carried out to find out what criteria do the system need to have in order to provide a usable and good interface for the user. The respondents were 8 students from UTM Skudai which is divided into interview session and answering survey.

From the research carried out,the findings are as follows:

a. Most of the respondents did not know about Wall of Student Faces application. But, they agree that this application can give benefits to them in enhancing communications among UTM staff and students.

b. Majority of the respondents request for chatting zone to be inserted in the system compared to video of students' speech. So, we need to analyze back our idea to choose student's video as the main attraction of our webpage.
